Belgium sugar pie (for 6 persons)

Ingredients: 200g of flour; 15g of yeast; 50g of butter; 20g of fine sugar; 3 eggs; 1dl of warm milk;250g of brown sugar (cassonade); 10cl of fresh cream.

Required time: *Preparation:15min *cooking:25min *released time:30min.

Preparation: 1)Mix the yeast and the warm milk, 2)Mix flour and salt in a bowl, 3)Mix an egg with the sugar; add to the yeast and the milk 4)Put the butter dissolved inch by inch 5)Mix the all in the bowl 6)knead and wait 30 min 7)Preheat the oven (190°celsius) 8)Sprinkle flour on the table and roll out with the rolling pin 9)put the paste in a buttered and foured mussle 10)Prickle it with a fork 11)Garnish the paste with the brown sugar and a mix of 2 eggs and the fresh cream 12)Finish with some brown butter 13)Cook for 20-25 minutes 14)Good relishing!!!!
